Yoga alliance requirements

Yoga Alliance no longer differentiates between contact and non-contact hours for continuing education. They have updated their policy to reflect the growing demand for online courses. "Contact" used to mean "in the physical presence of a teacher". Yoga Alliance is very cautious about what is considered "within scope" for continuing education credit. The Foundation Bundle is focused on manual therapy, which is out of scope of practice for yoga teachers according to Yoga Alliance providers (me) to offer CEs for. Our PFM course and Anatomy courses offer yoga CEs.
